Indo-Pacific Sailfish

Saltwater

About this species

The fastest fish in the sea, instantly known by its towering sail-like dorsal fin and long bill. It herds baitfish into balls, lighting up in electric blue as it feeds. Teasing fish to the boat and casting baits or flies to lit-up sailfish is a fly-rod dream.
