
Megalops atlanticus
The "silver king," a giant, chrome-scaled gamefish famous for spectacular leaps when hooked. It rolls at the surface to gulp air and migrates along tropical Atlantic coasts. Live crabs, mullet and large flies during the migration produce heart-stopping fights.
